The Inn At Buffalo Airport

Clean and well-priced lodgings about 20 miles from the Falls. We appreciated the refrigerator in the room. There was no freezer compartment, which would have been helpful for re-freezing our ice blocks for our cooler. Coffee was available in the lobby area. Staff were welcoming and helpful even as their duties included packing breakfast bags to go. We'd registered for a hot breakfast so were a bit disappointed, but understanding, of the change to a heat-your-own breakfast sandwich. Close to the airport we did hear the air traffic, but it didn't disturb our stay.

The hotel is located at the end of the airport strip with a couple of other hotels. I found it to be clean and visually appealing. It was priced right and I did get value for my money because of the staff. The lobby staff were great because it seemed to me that they knew how to engage a person in a conversation without overwhelming them. I will be staying there again if possible.

Clean room, comfortable bed, super friendly staff at the front desk. Nothing fancy but a good place to sleep. Support shuttle to the airport is good. Be sure to call when you return so they know to pick you up. Our driver for the return trip honestly could have used a shower and it would have been nice to have the AC turned in in the van. Thankfully it was a short trip down the road.

Good spot if you need to crash for the night before or after a flight. Hotel smells like smoke but the room for the most part didnt. It was clean but keep in mind this is an affordable and basic hotel for people traveling. So don’t expect an extremely nice hotel with everything brand new. The staff was extremely kind! Breakfast was a good basic continental which is great considering how affordable the stay was. Also loved that it was .5 miles from the airport and they had a great shuttle included. Truly can’t beat the price for all that was included here!

After a small problem on billing, Marie took care of me and was very professional about the situation. Our room was very nice and quiet, when we were in it. Location was perfect, close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, Kim, Marie and the housekeeping. A special thanks to Katie. She is a fantastic employee. Hope to be back in the future. Loved seeing the snow!

Grabbed a park, stay and fly deal here before leaving from the Buffalo airport (very cost effective and convenient). Front desk and shuttle staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms weren't anything special or fancy, but the bed and sheets seemed fresh and clean.

Great customer service. We were storm delayed by one day flying back to Buffalo. On calling the hotel, we were assured our reservation would be honoured without penalty. As sleep deprived travelers we were delighted upon finally arriving at the Buffalo airport to be met by the shuttle bus, greeted warmly by the front desk, find the quality of our hotel room, and enjoy a quiet, undisturbed night's sleep. The next morning the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of hot and cold items. A great stay and we'd be delighted to return.

My job has a contract with this hotel for our otr drivers. This was my first time here and I enjoyed it. I rated it a 4 star just because my room didn't come with a microwave. The staff here is very polite and have become good friends with the drivers. The have a complementary breakfast until 930am too that was pretty good. I'd recommend a stay here.
